Benign anorectal diseases are a common disease that can be seen at any age, in both sexes and that all physicians may encounter. Many people suffer from at least one of these diseases throughout their lives. The vast majority of diseases in the anal region are benign. Most of these are haemorrhoids, fissures and fistulas. Pain, itching, bleeding, discharge are the leading complaints. Lifestyle changes, diets, medical, endoscopic and surgical intervention options are available in these diseases. In benign anorectal diseases, patients may postpone going to the doctor, so treatment may require a difficult process when the patient is seen.
