ABSTRACT
Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) has become an important therapeutic approach for treating aortic stenosis in recent years. Originally developed for patients with high surgical risk, TAVI is now increasingly being used in those with lower surgical risk. As the procedure becomes more commonly performed across a broader patient population, further insights will be gained regarding its potential benefits and long-term effects. This section will explore the long-term outcomes of TAVI, drawing on key clinical studies.
