ABSTRACT
Chronic pelvic pain is a prevalent and difficult entity to manage, often requiring a multidisciplinary approach. Pain blocks are a safe and minimally invasive component of a multimodal treatment plan to address a patient’s symptoms. This report reviews the pertinent anatomy and methodology on when and how to perform a superior hypogastric plexus block, an impar ganglion block, and a pudendal block.
