ABSTRACT

The radius and ulna enable pronation and supination movements of the forearm. Shaft fractures are treated as intra-articular fractures and typically require surgical intervention. Non-displaced fractures and isolated ulna shaft fractures can be managed conservatively with careful patient selection.
