ÖZET

Allojenik deri greftleri, donör sahalarının az olduğu geniş yanıkların tedavisinde kritik öneme sahiptirler. Deri bankaları, özellikle geniş yanık alanlarının geçici olarak kapatılmasında kullanılmak üzere allogreftlerin hazırlanıp saklandığı merkezlerdir. Deri alınmadan önce donörün tıbbi öyküsü tam olarak öğrenilmelidir. Ölüm nedeni şüpheli olan şahıslardan deri alınmamalıdır. Deri bankasında allogreft derinin alınması, işlenmesi ve saklanması işlemleri aseptik koşullarda yapılmalıdır. Derinin alındığı kişinin tıbbi öyküsü detaylı bir şekilde alınmalı, bulaşıcı hastalıklar açısından tarama testleri yapılmalıdır. Şüpheli durumlarda deri kullanılmamalıdır. Bu merkezlerin sayısı dünya çapında gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Ancak ülkemizde henüz bir deri bankası kurulmamıştır. Geniş yanıkların tedavisinde kritik öneme sahip olan bu merkezlerin ülkemizde bir an önce kurulması ve konuyla ilgili yasal düzenlemelerin yapılması önemlidir.
