ABSTRACT
Advances in digital technology have revolutionized diagnostic and treatment planning processes in dentistry. Digital imaging techniques, such as conebeam computed tomography (CBCT), intraoral scanners, and 3D printing, enable precise and comprehensive assessments of dental structures, includ ing 2D images, bitewing, panoramic, and periapical analyses. Artificial intelligence (AI) powered diagnostic tools enhance accuracy and efficiency by minimizing human errors in pathology detection. Computeraided design and computeraided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems allow for highly cus tomized restorations with improved aesthetics and functionality. Moreover, virtual treatment planning software facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration, leading to more predictable clinical outcomes. This study explores the impact of digital innovations on modern dentistry.
