ABSTRACT
In this review study on facial nerve imaging, we summarized the radiological findings of some important nerve pathologies, starting from the complex anatomical trace of the facial nerve, new solutions for the radiological determination of the facial nerve, which is a frequently encountered problem in clinics and in radiology, were shared with the reader by describing the nerve imaging techniques used in the current radiology practice and especially the developments in magnetic resonance neurography and tractography, which have gained momentum in recent years.
