ABSTRACT
The histological structure of the cardiac veins plays a vital role in regulating cardiac function and understanding cardiac pathologies. The prominent adventitia of the coronary sinus, its myocardial extensions, and autonomic innervation are essential in understanding how these structures function in both physiological and pathological conditions. Gaining a deeper understanding of these structures can potentially lead to more successful outcomes in cardiac interventional treatments and the management of rhythm disorders.
