ABSTRACT
Hysteroscopic myomectomy is the surgical method that can be used safely in patients with submucosal myoma. Patients suitable for this method can be selected preoperatively by physical examination and appropriate imaging tools. The procedure can be performed safely by selecting the appropriate disten- sion fluid along with the appropriate surgical instruments.Since it is a minimally invasive procedure, its postoperative results are satisfactory. Fluid deficit should be carefully monitored during the procedure. Although the loop resectoscope method is generally used in this method, cold scissors-grasper and intrauterine morcellator methods can also be used in suitable patients
