ABSTRACT

Shoulder girdle fractures mostly occur as a result of simple trauma. Usualy involves an isolated single bone fracture. In high-energy traumas, fractures of more than one bone involving the shoulder ring may occur simultaneously. If clavicle fracture includes scapula fracture, there is an unstable shoulder girdle which named floating shoulder. The direct graphy is the first choice in shoulder injury with fracture.
