ABSTRACT
Ingrown nail is a common nail disorder. Being a painful entitiy and having various types render treatment difficult. Although medical guidelines often mention surgical treatments more and more conservative treatment options are being introduced and are preferred by patients. Correction of risk factors leading to development of ingrown nails will lead conservative treatments to reach lasting results.
