ÖZET
Alt ekstremite intramedüller çivileme yöntemleri ile tedavide çivi giriş yerinin doğru seçimi, cerrahi başarının artırılmasında ve komplikasyonların önlenmesinde kritik bir rol oynar. Yanlış giriş yerleri yu- muşak doku hasarları, enfeksiyon, mekanik sorunlar ve uzun dönem sekellere yol açabilir. Bu bölüm- de, femur, tibia, fibula, ayak ve ayak bileği bölgelerinde uygulanan farklı çivileme yöntemlerinde giriş yerleri ve olası komplikasyonlar detaylı şekilde ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Amacımız, cerrahi sırası ve sonrasında karşılaşabileceğimiz giriş yeri komplikasyonları hakkında bilinç ve farkındalık düzeyimizi artırmak ve hasta sonuçlarının iyileşmesine katkı sağlamaktır.
