ÖZET
İntramedüller çivileme, ortopedik cerrahide sıklıkla kullanılan bir tedavi yöntemidir. Ancak çivi kı- rılması, bu yöntemde karşılaşılan önemli komplikasyonlardan biridir. Bu makalede, çivi kırılmasının nedenleri, patofizyolojisi ve çıkarma yöntemleri tartışılmaktadır. Ayrıca, bu komplikasyonun yöneti- minde kullanılan klinik yaklaşımlar ve yenilikçi tedavi yöntemleri değerlendirilmektedir.
