ABSTRACT

Spain management in shoulder fractures is important for successful and effective treatment. Nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs, paracetamol, and opioids are mainly used in analgesia in shoulder fractures. These drugs can be used depending on the pain level of the patient, but the effects of the drugs on fracture union should be considered. Multimodal treatment has been coming to the forefront in recent times.
