ABSTRACT
Microorganisms, including fungi, bacteria, and viruses, are present in different parts of the human body. The microorganisms that constitute our microbiota are seen at different ratios in different parts of our body. The microorganisms in our body may contribute to the occurence of different diseases. It takes part in the development of cardiovascular disorder, cancers, respiratory disorders, chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, chronic pulmonary diseases, neurological disorders, and inflammatory bowel diseases. It is believed that changes in microbiota could have a function in the treatment of many diseases.
