ABSTRACT
Developments in information technology, digitalization of business processes and tools change almost all industries’ business models and ways of working. Digital transformation of people who get health care services and who provide health care services particularly public administration have led to the emergence of different health ecosystem. Digi-tal devices, development of mobile communication, increasing internet access by large communities, mobile applications, artificial intelligence algorithms, using big data for business, increasing rate of dig-ital literacy and more factors change the diagnosis, analysis, treatment, and recording processes significantly.
