PİLONİDAL SİNÜS TEDAVİSİNDE MİNİMAL İNVAZİV YAKLAŞIMLAR

ÖZET

Pilonidal sinüs tedavisinde uygulanan eksizyonel yöntemlere kıyasla; kolay uygulanabilen, uygun maliyetli, düşük komplikasyon riski, ağrı ve morbidite içeren minimal invaziv yaklaşımlar gittikçe popülerleşmektedir. Bu yöntemlerin ofis şartlarında uygulanması, asgari bakım gerektirmesi, yatış gerektirmemesi, nüks durumunda diğer prosedürlere engel olmaması hastaların yüksek memnuniyeti ile sonuçlanmaktadır. Artan sıklıkta tercih edilmekte olan minimal invaziv yöntemlerle cerrahlar; tedavide kullanacağı yöntemi; hastanın ihtiyaç ve beklentilerine uyacak şekilde kişiselleştirebilmektedir.
