ABSTRACT
Uterine myomas are the most common neoplasms of the female genital tract. Symptoms related to the uterine myomas are experienced by 54.3% of premenopausal women between the ages of 30 and 55. There are several factors that affect the symptoms of myomas, such as their size, number, location, and growth rate. The most typical symptoms of myomas include abnormal uterine bleeding, bulk-related symptoms and reproductive impacts. Myomas may also present with atypical symptoms. Understand- ing both typical and atypical symptoms facilitates proper patient counseling and helps in the early detection of these uncommon myoma presentations. Early detection enables timely intervention and prompt treatment of the myomas.
