ÖZET

Akut aort sendromları; aort diseksiyonu, intramural hematom ve penetran aterosklerotik ülserden oluşan, ani gelişen ve yüksek mortalite riski taşıyan bir grup vasküler patolojiyi ifade etmektedir. Klinik benzerlikler gösteren bu alt tipler, yönetim süreçlerinde farklı tanı ve tedavi stratejilerini zorunlu kılar. Tanısal yaklaşımda görüntüleme tekniklerinin seçimi, hemodinamik stabilizasyonun hızlı sağlanması ve girişimsel kararların hasta bazlı verilmesi, klinik sonuçları doğrudan etkilemektedir. Yönetimde süregelen standartlaşma eksikliği, uygulayıcılar arasında belirgin yaklaşım farklılıklarına neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışma, akut aort sendromlarının anatomik sınıflaması temelinde tanısal algoritmaların etkinliğini, farmakolojik tedavi hedeflerini ve cerrahi-endovasküler girişim endikasyonlarını teknik bir çerçevede incelemektedir. Görüntüleme yöntemlerinin tanı doğruluğu, medikal tedavide hedeflenen hemodinamik parametreler ve girişimsel tedavi eşikleri güncel literatür doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmamız, zaman duyarlı klinik kararların multidisipliner yaklaşımla yapılandırılmasının, hasta güvenliği ve sağkalım üzerinde belirleyici olduğunu göstermektedir. Disiplinler arası eşgüdüm gerektiren bu klinik tabloda, bütüncül ve parametre temelli bir yönetim modeline ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.
