ABSTRACT
The aim of this section is to provide a comprehensive exploration of the treatment and management of complications associated with congenital foot anomalies, including vertical talus, macrodactyly, polydactyly, syndactyly, and metatarsus adductus. Each condition presents unique challenges and potential complications, ranging from deformity recurrence and contractures to vascular and neurological issues. Through a thorough examination of surgical techniques, approaches, and postoperative care, this section seeks to equip medical professionals with valuable insights into effectively addressing these complications. By outlining optimal management strategies, the section aims to contribute to enhanced patient outcomes and improved quality of life for individuals affected by these congenital anomalies.
