Yanık Hastalarında Sedasyon, Ağrı ve Deliryum Yönetimi

ÖZET
Yanık yaralanmaları, yanık hastalarının iyileşme sürecini ve yaşam kalitesini önemli ölçüde etkileyen şiddetli ağrıya neden olur. Tedavi sonuçlarını ve genel yaşam kalitesini iyileştirmek için yanık hastalarında etkili ağrı yönetimi şarttır. Yanık yaralanmaları ciddi fiziksel ve psikolojik travmalara neden olurken, ağrı baskın ve zorlu bir semptomdur. Bu bölüm, multidisipliner bir çerçevede yanık ağrısının tedavisine yönelik hem farmakolojik hem de farmakolojik olmayan yaklaşımlara kapsamlı bir genel bakış sunmaktadır. Yanık ağrısının arka plan, prosedürel, atak ve nöropatik ağrı olarak ortaya çıkan ve etkili bir şekilde yönetilmesi için özel müdahaleler gerektiren karmaşıklığını ele almaktadır. Ayrıca yanık ağrısı yönetimindeki en son stratejileri gözden geçirmek- te ve mevcut literatüre dayanarak tavsiyelerde bulunmakta, yanık hastalarının psikolojik sıkıntılarını azaltmak, tedavi ve uzun vadeli rehabilitasyon sonuçlarını iyileştirmek için ağrı yönetimine bireyselleştirilmiş ve entegre bir yaklaşımın gerekliliğini vurgulamaktadır.
