Yanık Yoğun Bakımda Hasta Takibi

ÖZET

Yanık merkezlerinde, yanık yaralanmaları, nekrotizan yumuşak doku enfeksiyonları (NYDE’ler) ve toksik epidermal nekroliz gibi dermatolojik durumlar dahil olmak üzere karmaşık bir hasta grubu tetkik ve tedavi edilir. Bu durumların her birinde, sıvı resüsitasyonu, cerrahi müdahaleler ve kritik bakımdaki ilerlemeler hayatta kalmayı önemli ölçüde iyileştirmiştir; ancak, geleneksel bakıma yanıt vermeyen hastaları “kurtarmak” için yollar ara- maya devam edilmektedir. Renal replasman tedavileri, terapötik plazma değişimi ve ekstrakorporeal membran oksijenizasyonu gibi tedaviler ekstrakorporeal tedaviler başlığı altında değerlendirilen kurtarıcı tedavilerdir. Birçok çalışmada faydası gösterilse de her üç tedavi metodu içinde halen yanık hastalalar için uygulanabilecek rutin tedavi protokolleri geliştirilememiştir.
